Potato Chowder with Bacon, Cheddar and Green...

- 1 305g can condensed tomato soup
- 305 g heavy cream
- water
- 3 generous pinches dried oregano
- 1 bayleaf
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt & Pepper to taste
